Two of Poland’s strongest retail chains signed on to the Handy Dabrowa Gornicza project next to a very busy Kaufland supermarket. The property is located in a densely populated city with 120,000 inhabitants and surrounded by high-rise residential towers. It is a well-established retail location. Redmond sold the project prior to construction to a local investor-developer.
